Digital Product Policy
All products sold on Colory are digital downloads (eBooks/PDFs). Because these are intangible goods delivered electronically, we do not offer refunds once a file has been delivered.
Please ensure you review the product description, preview images, and file format details before completing your purchase.
Exceptions — Our Promise to You
We understand that things don’t always go as planned. While we maintain a no-refund policy, we will gladly assist you in the following situations:
